We’re looking for people for positions of: 

Customer service agent with French or German

Responsibilities:

• preparing holiday reservations

• management of customer holiday booking

• searching for alternative bookings opportunities 

• contacting with clients and suppliers 

• customer care support

• solving difficult issues

• provide high quality customer service

If you:

• bachelor degree

• speak German and French fluently

• have good command in English 

• have previous CS experience 

• have travel background and knowledge of GDS, CRS or another booking systems – will be considered as an asset 

• present customer friendly attitude

• like working with people

• are creative, innovative, and passionate about what you do

• would like to work in a multinational environment with the possibility of continuous growth
