    The Gameplay Designer creates and implements 3Cs features, game bricks, AI archetypes with a focus on Combat, in collaboration with Level Designers, and ensures an overall good game feel.

    Under the responsibility of the Lead Game Designer, you will work as part of a team of game designers on the pre-production, production and debug of a AA tactical RPG game. Your objectives will include :
    Design and implement 3Cs for both console and K+M environments
    Design and iterate on the overall combat experience and ruleset of the game
    Design and implement gameplay abilities for playing and non-playing characters in a data-driven production framework
    Design and implement game assets / bricks
    Design and implement AIs in a behaviour tree-based and Goal-Oriented Action Planning framework
    Design interesting and narrative-driven, turn-based combat scenarios in collaboration with Level Designers and Narrative Designers
    Create guidelines for combat design and oversee the overall combat experience of the game
    Design and document signs & feedbacks to improve game feel
